Có phiên bản firmware mới chính thức từ Himedia cho Q10 pro v1.0.3 :
Changelog:
1. Switching channel too slow issue fixed
2. Individual AAC audio tracks no passthrough issue fixed
3. Individual amplifiers unable to passthrough 7.1 channel issue fixed
4. 3D video L/R switch priority of local player malfunction fixed
5. HDR10 compatibility improved, for example, blank screen when playing Sony_4K_HDR_Camp.mp4 fixed.
6. Video player malfunction after clicking Imprex fixed
7. Video and audio of local player unsynchronized after audio track switching issue fixed
8. Local media player stuck after fast forward issue fixed
9. Settings of Imprex engine of video player not saved after reboot issue fixed
10. Online playback optimized, for example, occasionally where there was sound but no image issue fixed

Cách up firmware:
Cách 1 : Firmware Upgrade by Recovery Mode (user data will be cleared)
1.Download a new firmware and place the firmware onto the ROOT directory of a USB drive.
2. Plug the USB drive into an empty USB HOST on the SMART TV BOX.
3.With the SMART TV BOX turned off,use a paper clip or pen point to press and hold the small pinhole restore button on the SMART TV BOX
4.While pressing the restore button,turn on the SMART TV BOX. Continue to hold the restore button for 5 more seconds,then release it.
5.The SMART TV BOX will begin upgrading the firmware from the USB drive.
6. Wait for the SMART TV BOX to complete the upgrade. Please be patient as it may take around 5 minutes to complete.
7. When finished, The SMART TV BOX will auto reboot.
Cách 2:
Firmware upgrade from Settings Menu (user data will not be cleared)
1.Download a new firmware and place the firmware onto the ROOT directory of a USB drive.
2.Plug the USB drive into an empty USB HOST on the SMART TV BOX.
3.Go to Settings→System→System upgrade to select/click the letter of the USB drive.
4.The SMART TV BOX will begin upgrading the firmware from the USB drive.
5. Wait for the SMART TV BOX to complete the upgrade. Please be patient as it may take around 5 minutes to complete.
6. When finished, The SMART TV BOX will auto reboot.
cách 2 thì sau khi reboot nó load bootscreen chữ HIMEDIA hơi lâu 1 tí : khoảng 5 phút nhé
Khuyến cáo các bạn là nên Upgrade theo cách 1 nhé : Hard Reset luôn --> Firmware Upgrade by Recovery Mode

Cập nhật bản power menu Mod cho bản custom theo yêu cầu của mình bên Futeko : Powerbar bỏ nút shutdown bị lỗi :

- Tải về file : update_PowerMenu(noroot)_mod_HMD.zip
- Đổi tên file update_PowerMenu(noroot)_mod_HMD thành update.zip
- Dùng Es File Explorer copy file update.zip vào thư mục gốc của USB hoặc HDD hoặc /sdcard của box
- Vào setting box chọn Upgrade từ menu bình thường : nhớ chọn đường dẫn chứa file update.zip tiến hành flash
- Chờ Q10pro update đến khi thấy được màn hình Home sau khi restart 1 lần là xong.
