Cant connect Egreat S7A to PC (ethernet cable)

Everything was working when I had windows xp. I was sharing files from my pc to egreat and everything was okay. But now i have a problem. Now i have windows 7 and cant watch movies from pc. When I hook up egreat and pc through ethernet cable on my pc shows that network undefined. Simply egreat doesnt see my PC. But through that cable i can watch youtube online on my egreat. Help me, what i should do ?

Meaning S7a no problem, only cannot control WIN7, you try turn off firewall, and sharing HDD, I am using win7, i have to do something in Control Panel then S7a reconizge HDD.

i think u have to set pass for win 7 after connect to s7a .
