Để nhận thấy hết cái hay của phim này chắc chắn cần phải có kiến thức nhất định về điện ảnh thế giới giai đoạn sơ khai. Dưới góc độ khán giả thuần túy, phải nói là mình cực kỳ ấn tượng với màu sắc, bố cục ánh sáng, góc quay ... trong phim này - rất đẹp. Có lẽ vì vậy mà nó ẵm trọn giải Oscar dành cho cameraman trong năm nay...
